Ice Palace was once a thriving palace before it was abandoned. It had two periods of rule in the history of it, but the date of it's creation was back during it's first ruling. Not much is known about the ones who ruled before, they were isolated for a long time. They ruled the palace until 2006, the first campaign of the Lord of Darkness. Though the palace did not end up getting attacked, they wished to avoid the potential attack and abandoned the palace. Why they permanently abandoned the palace is unknown. Later, a party came by the Ice Palace, seeking an individual that took over the place after the second campaign. They also ran into a battle with the Lord of Darkness's forces. At the climax of the battle. a powerful leader of the party blew up the Ice Palace with powerful magic from unknown origin. Since this time the place lied in ruin and no one else used it. The harsh winds and cold temperatures year long were enough to keep many explorers away.
